A couple looking concerned at a phone screen with the text "When you don't order"

The ad opens with a couple looking at a phone, then shows an empty room with two chairs, then a phone displaying Wayfair furniture. The couple then struggles to fit a large sofa into a room, and later attempts to assemble a sofa from many parts. Finally, the couple and a friend are shown relaxing on a fully assembled sofa, watching TV and eating snacks.
