The ad opens with a woman holding up a light blue running shoe, then she smiles at the camera. She then speaks about her active lifestyle and recent issues with shin splints. She walks through a store aisle filled with shoes. A store employee scans her feet on a special platform, then she walks on a treadmill while the employee uses a tablet to analyze her gait. The employee shows her the results on a large screen, then presents her with a new pair of shoes and custom insoles.
