The initial interaction between the two people on the couch, with the woman appearing to give advice.

The video opens with a woman and a man sitting on a couch, talking. The background is a solid purple wall. A coffee table is in front of them. The scene cuts between close-ups of their faces as they speak and wider shots of them on the couch. A graphic overlay appears showing a Rakuten pop-up with a button to 'Activate 12% Cash Back'. Later, the man gestures to images of pants displayed in cards, with percentages like '10%' and '7%' shown. The video ends with the Rakuten logo and a call to action.
