The PetSmart logo appears on a vibrant red background.

The ad opens with the PetSmart logo on a red background. It transitions to a woman decorating a Christmas tree with her dog, Mouse, nearby. Presents are scattered around. A PetSmart employee appears through a magical portal, leading the woman and her dog into a PetSmart store. They explore the holiday section, with toys, outfits, and food for pets. The woman is shown holding a gingerbread toy, and later, she and her dog are in matching pajamas. The ad ends with a group of people and pets gathered around as someone reads 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, followed by the PetSmart logo and slogan.
