The PetSmart logo appears on a vibrant red background.
The ad opens with the PetSmart logo on a red background. It transitions to a cozy living room decorated for Christmas, with a tree, presents, and a dog named Mouse. A woman is decorating the tree and interacting with her dog. A magical portal opens, revealing a PetSmart employee in a Santa hat. The woman and her dog are then shown walking through the portal into a festive PetSmart store. They explore aisles filled with holiday-themed pet products, including toys, sweaters, and bandanas. The dog enthusiastically grabs a gingerbread man toy. The scene shifts to a man holding a cat in a sweater, and then to two dogs sitting on a red carpet. The woman from the beginning is shown putting reindeer antlers on the dog. The ad concludes with a group of people and pets gathered around as someone reads 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, followed by the PetSmart logo.
