The animated gold text 'NOW OPEN IN AJAX, ON' against a dark purple background.

The ad opens with a purple background and the Malabar Gold & Diamonds logo. Text appears stating 'NOW OPEN IN AJAX, ON'. This transitions to a man in a suit, pointing his finger, with text 'It's time to take a smarter move with SMART Xchange'. The scene then shows gold bangles in a jewelry box, with text 'Exchange your old 22k (916) gold jewellery bought from any jeweller'. This is followed by an illustration of a man and woman exchanging a jewelry box, with text 'And get 100% exchange value'. The man from earlier reappears, giving an 'okay' gesture, with text 'Pick your new jewellery by paying any difference'. The ad concludes with a handshake graphic and text 'Backed by trust. Secured by the MALABAR PROMISE', followed by the store's address and other showroom locations.
