A woman holding a large, patterned pillow in a festive Christmas store.

The ad opens with a woman holding a patterned pillow in a store decorated for Christmas, with trees and lights visible. Another woman, wearing a striped sweater, approaches her. They exchange dialogue about the pillow. The scene transitions to close-ups of their faces as they speak. The first woman expresses doubt about her mother liking the pillow, while the second woman reassures her. The second woman then humorously suggests the mother might want to hide from her family to eat popcorn alone. The ad ends with the Kohl's logo and both women walking away.
