The man in the green hoodie and the festive woman interacting in a decorated outdoor setting.

The ad opens with a man in a green hoodie standing outside at night, surrounded by decorative lights. A woman with red hair, wearing a festive outfit, appears and smiles. Text appears on screen: "KOHL'S MOM". The man and woman then interact, with the man holding up a large paper snowflake and then a knitted sweater. The woman is looking at her phone. The scene transitions to an end card with promotional text.
