The contrast between the ideal balcony and the real, rainy balcony.

The video starts with a split screen. The top shows a beautifully furnished balcony at dusk, with a sofa, coffee table, and lanterns. The bottom shows a woman on a balcony, looking up as if expecting something. The screen then transitions to show a rainy, somewhat bleak view of a balcony and garden. The woman is then shown tidying up the balcony, moving chairs and a table. A graphic overlay shows a sofa and plant appearing on the balcony. The woman then sits down and uses her phone, browsing a website. The video ends with the woman speaking directly to the camera.
