The colorful balloons with the Etsy logo.

The video opens with a close-up of colorful balloons, one with the Etsy logo. It then transitions to a backyard party scene with people mingling and a dog wearing a party hat. Various gifts are shown being presented, including a ceramic platter, swan earrings, and a custom dog portrait. The pacing is upbeat and celebratory, with quick cuts between people and gifts. The ad ends with a shot of the sky and the Etsy logo.
