A close-up of a festive nutcracker figure in a snowy setting.

The ad opens with a close-up of a nutcracker figure standing in the snow, with a Christmas market in the background. It then transitions to a decorated Christmas tree, followed by a couple kissing in front of festive city lights. The nutcracker reappears, looking out a window at a family inside a cozy home. It then stands at a bus stop in the snow, and a bus drives by. Two people are seen throwing snowballs. The nutcracker is shown in a car, then in front of a CVS store, and finally on shelves with other nutcrackers. The ad ends with a shot of the CVS logo.
