The bright colors and animated bird immediately catch the eye.

The ad opens with a sign for ARC Thrift Stores, featuring a nest and an arrow pointing down with the text 'MORE SAVINGS'. A blue cartoon bird flies near a bright sun. A banner displays a Presidents Day sale offer. The scene then transitions to a coupon for $10 off a $30 purchase, valid on Monday, February 16, 2026. The same blue bird, now wearing a patriotic hat, stands at a podium with an American flag. The ad concludes with the coupon details and website address.
