A cartoon bird flying and interacting with a truck advertisement.

The ad opens with a truck driving past a car wash. A cartoon blue bird is perched on the truck, which has a large red advertisement for ARC Thrift Stores. The bird then flies off the truck and follows a red SUV being washed. The scene transitions to a residential street with houses and a garage. The bird flies towards a man in a bathrobe who is holding a flyer. The man runs out of his house towards the bird. The final scene shows the inside of an ARC Thrift Store with a shopping cart full of items and a large sign advertising a sale.
