Rebel Wilson speaking directly to the camera.

The ad opens with a close-up of Rebel Wilson speaking directly to the camera, wearing a green and yellow jacket. The scene then transitions to a wider shot of a mountainous landscape with two people on separate cliffs, a white goat in the foreground, and trees. Rebel Wilson is seen sitting on a chair on one of the cliffs, with a red flag that says 'PEAK HEALTH' behind her. Another person is seen on a different cliff. The ad then shows a close-up of a smartphone displaying the Noom app. Finally, it returns to the wider landscape shot with the person on the cliff jumping, and then Rebel Wilson waving. The pacing is varied, with close-ups and wider scenic shots.
