The initial scene of cleaning up a bloody mess with a flashlight and then a zombie appearing.

The video opens with a first-person view of someone cleaning a bloodstain with a cloth and flashlight. A zombie appears, and the player shoots it. The player then collects a cleaning spray and uses it to clean more blood. The perspective shifts to an isometric view, showing the player cleaning up bodies and bloodstains in a dilapidated building. The player then moves to a room with shelves of cleaning supplies and weapons, picks up a machine gun, and proceeds to defend against a horde of zombies. Finally, the player is shown tending to a small garden of tomato plants inside the building, which are being watered by a sprinkler system. The game appears to be a survival/crafting game with zombie elements.
