The large, red 'REANIMALS' title and the ESRB 'M' rating immediately establish a dark and mature tone.

The video opens with the title 'REANIMALS' in large red letters, with the text 'PLAY THE DEMO' below it. An ESRB rating of 'M' for Mature 17+ is visible, with content descriptors for 'Blood and Gore', 'Violence', and 'Partial Nudity'. The scene transitions to a dark, eerie environment with a single tree and figures tied to it. It then shows a dark hallway with what appear to be mannequins or dolls. Later, a character is seen in a small boat on dark water, illuminated by a lantern. The video then displays 'FROM THE CREATORS OF LITTLE NIGHTMARES and LITTLE NIGHTMARES II'. It shows two masks, labeled 'PRE-ORDER BONUS', followed by 'PRE-ORDER NOW' and 'PLAY THE DEMO NOW'. The final screen shows the title 'REANIMALS' with the release date 'COMING FEBRUARY 13, 2026' and logos for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
