The ESRB rating and the text 'FROM THE CREATORS OF LITTLE NIGHTMARESTM' immediately establish the game's genre and pedigree.

The video opens with the ESRB rating for Mature 17+ and text indicating it's from the creators of Little Nightmares. It then transitions to a dark, circular opening, resembling a well or tunnel, with light at the end. A figure is briefly seen at the opening. The text 'A NEW WORLD OF HORRORS' appears. Scenes show a dark, wooden floor with debris, a figure sitting at a desk, and then a shadowy, monstrous hand reaching from a pile of objects. Another scene shows two small figures running through a dark, foggy street with a neon 'CINE' sign. A figure is seen behind a fence, and another scene shows a dark, narrow corridor with a single light source. A boat with two figures is shown on dark water. The text 'FIND YOUR FRIENDS' appears. Shots of precarious wooden structures on cliffs, a barred enclosure with a figure inside, and a laundry room with washing machines and a shadowy figure are shown. The text 'STAY ALIVE' appears. More scenes of figures running, a submerged vehicle with strange creatures, and a cage suspended over dark water are shown. The final scenes are dark and red-hued, with ruins and figures, followed by the text 'AND GET THE HELL OUT!'. The video concludes with the game title 'REANIMAL' and 'AVAILABLE NOW' with platform logos and developer/publisher information.
