The ESRB rating screen followed by a dark, war-torn landscape with a tank.

The video opens with an ESRB rating screen for Mature 17+ due to violence, blood, suggestive themes, strong language, and drug reference. It then transitions to a dark, atmospheric trailer for the game 'Hell is Us'. The trailer features scenes of a destroyed landscape with a tank, dead bodies, and a desolate village. There are also shots of a character in a hooded suit, mysterious symbols, and abstract, unsettling figures. The gameplay appears to involve combat and exploration in a dark, post-apocalyptic setting. The trailer concludes with the game's title card and availability information.
