The initial shot of a barren cliff face that rapidly transforms into a complex city.

The video shows a time-lapse construction of a city built on a cliff face overlooking the ocean. It begins with a barren cliff plateau, then gradually adds buildings, roads, and infrastructure, culminating in a dense, modern cityscape with skyscrapers, a highway system, and a bustling port. The final scene shows a man in a suit hanging from a structure, holding a gun, with explosions in the background.
