The TJX Rewards logo and the split screens of smiling women.

The ad opens with the TJX Rewards logo on a pink background. It transitions to split screens showing smiling women, one with the word 'SHOP' and the other with 'EARN'. A hand is shown tapping a TJX Rewards credit card on a payment terminal. The screen then displays repeating text 'SAVE MORE' in white on a pink background. The TJX Rewards credit card is shown with text 'TJX REWARDS CREDIT CARD'. The ad then shows items from Marshalls, Sierra, and HomeGoods. The TJX Rewards credit card is shown again with text 'earn 5% BACK IN REWARDS WHEN YOU USE IT TO SHOP OUR STORES'. The ad shows the logos of TJX, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, and HomeSense with the text 'ALL THE REWARDS'. Finally, it displays '10% OFF first in-store PURCHASE WHEN YOU OPEN AN ACCOUNT' and then 'SAVE MORE AT THE STORES YOU LOVE.'
