A close-up of a hand holding a keychain.

The ad opens with a close-up of a man holding up a keychain with a photo and a pink flower-like charm. The image quickly blurs and transitions to a man wearing a light blue button-down shirt over a white t-shirt and a baseball cap with the Banamex logo. He smiles and speaks directly to the camera against a teal background. The ad ends with the Banamex logo and tagline.
