The initial text "Yo colecciono velas!" is unusual and prompts curiosity.

The ad opens with a close-up of a man with curly hair and glasses, speaking. The SURA logo appears. Text reads "Yo colecciono velas!". The scene shifts to a group of people in what appears to be a support group or workshop setting. One woman laughs, and text reads "Yo tengo una bolsa llena de bolsas!". Another man speaks animatedly, and text reads "Yo veo videos de gente limpiando alfombras.". The scene then shows a laptop screen displaying a pension estimation tool from SURA, with figures changing. The final scene shows a group of people looking intently at a laptop screen, with the SURA logo and website displayed.
