The text "Schwäbisch Hall" appears over a shot of a large tree.
The ad opens with a shot of a large tree and the text "Schwäbisch Hall". It then transitions to a man looking up, with reflections of trees on a window. The next scene shows two people lying down, holding hands. This is followed by a wide shot of a loft-like room with two people lying on a rug. A woman then appears, smiling at the camera in front of a wooden house. The ad then shows construction workers on scaffolding, working on a house. One man is seen carrying blueprints, and another is touching a wall. The final scenes show a couple standing in front of a house with solar panels, and then a couple hugging with solar panels on the roof. A fox mascot is also present in the final scenes.
