A smiling woman's face and the text "PNC Bank Virtual Wallet®" appear.

The video opens with a split screen. The left side is a dark gray background with text appearing and disappearing. The right side shows a close-up of a smiling Black woman. As the video progresses, the text on the left side changes, and the image on the right shifts to show the woman outdoors, still smiling. The ad ends with the full screen showing the dark gray background with text and logos.
