The person peeking out from under a blanket saying "Don't tell the tax man where I am."

A person is wrapped in a blanket, peeking out and talking directly to the camera. The video transitions to a screen recording of a website interface where a user enters an address and sees potential savings on property taxes. The person then reappears, still under the blanket, encouraging the viewer to check their address.
