A woman grooming a small, wet dog with a towel.

The ad opens with a woman gently drying a small dog with a towel in what appears to be a grooming salon. The scene transitions to her using clippers on a poodle, then close-ups of the dog's face. An older man with a beard smiles while holding a dog. The scene shifts to outside a modern building, where a man with a coffee cup stands near a cafe entrance. The older man exits the building with a dog on a leash. The woman from the salon is seen washing a large dog in a tub, then carrying a box. The man with the coffee cup speaks to the camera. The ad shows different dogs being groomed and interacting with people, emphasizing care and service. The final scenes show the man with the coffee cup again, with the bank's logo and slogan.
