The visual of a couple looking at a map with the Frost logo.

The ad opens with a couple looking at a map with the Frost logo in the background. The woman then experiences a series of unfortunate events: her wallet is pickpocketed in Spain, she's put on hold by her bank, and she falls. A hand reaches down to help her, and she's then shown talking to a Frost representative. A Frost Visa card is shown descending from the sky, first with a parachute, then landing in a bowl of soup. The woman is then shown enjoying the soup at an outdoor cafe, paying with her Frost card. The ad concludes with the Frost logo and tagline.
