The ad opens with a miniature desk scene featuring a laptop with the FreeTaxUSA logo, a plant, glasses, a pencil, and a mug. The scene transitions to a miniature neighborhood with houses and trees. Checkmarks appear over houses as the voiceover explains that federal tax returns are free. The ad then shows a miniature capitol building on a map of the US, highlighting that state tax returns are less than $20. It then shows miniature city buildings with 'BIG TAX CORP' signs, contrasting with a floating 'TAX RETURN' document. Finally, it shows a laptop screen displaying the FreeTaxUSA logo and documents with medals, symbolizing quality and value, before ending with a piggy bank and the FreeTaxUSA logo.
