A man making a cloud disappear from his hands.

The ad opens with a man looking thoughtfully into the distance, then looking down at papers on a table. He then makes a cloud-like object disappear from his hands. The scene shifts to him installing solar panels on his roof, then looking at framed diplomas on a wall. A plane flies overhead. He then appears in front of his house, wearing sunglasses and a bomber jacket, and later in a plaid shirt. The text "Retirement," "Jet Ski," "Second Home," and "Treadmill" appear over shots of the house and the man. The man smiles at the camera, then looks at his phone, which displays a pre-qualification for a $400,000 loan. The ad ends with the Figure logo and tagline.
