A man struggling with a overflowing toilet and a plunger.

The video opens with a man struggling to plunge a toilet, with water splashing everywhere. He looks distressed. This is contrasted with a woman happily working on a laptop, looking at a screen displaying 'Your Tax Return Status' with checkmarks for 'Initial Review', 'Final Review', and 'Lodged'. Text overlays indicate 'MAXIMISED REFUND'. The man's toilet plunging scene is shown again, this time with a red X symbol, while the woman's scene shows a green checkmark. The ad then transitions to a blue screen with a stopwatch graphic and text that reads 'IT'S FAST AND EASY' and '6,000+ 5 star reviews'. The final screen shows the 'etax ACCOUNTANTS' logo with a call to action to visit etax.com.au and 'START NOW'.
