A man looking at his phone with chat bubbles appearing.

The ad opens with a man holding a smartphone, looking at messages from 'Tia Chelo' on his phone. The messages are about winning a prize and sharing a link. The man looks confused and then excited. The scene transitions to a family (mother and daughter) doing a puzzle. The man appears and gestures towards them. The ad shows a notification of a money transfer from the US. The mother and daughter celebrate. Confetti falls. The man points to the camera. The ad ends with logos of Elektra, Banco Azteca, and other money transfer services.
