A man looking worriedly at his phone while sitting in a living room.
The video opens with a man watching stock market data on a TV. He then picks up his phone, looking concerned. The scene shifts to show him in different settings (dining, bed) still looking at his phone with worry. The ad then transitions to a laptop screen showing the SEBI logo and the "SMART ODR" interface. Several diverse individuals are shown smiling while using laptops, suggesting ease of use. Animated graphics illustrate the process of resolving issues online between an investor, AMC, and exchange, facilitated by SEBI. The final scenes show a hand using a laptop trackpad and the man from the beginning smiling at his laptop, concluding with the "SMART ODR" logo and contact information.
