A long line of people waiting in a bank lobby.

The ad opens with a wide shot of a bank lobby with a long queue of people. The camera then zooms in on a woman in a purple sweater who looks frustrated. She walks away from the counter and then the camera focuses on her face as she expresses her frustration. The ad then shows a statistic about bank visits and then the Coinbase logo appears.
