The bold text "ATGAUK UŽ PIRKINIUS" and the prominent credit card reveal.

The ad opens with a grey background and abstract geometric shapes. Text appears in the center: "ATGAUK UŽ PIRKINIUS". A credit card with a large 'C' logo and 'VISA PRIME' branding slides into view. A dark overlay appears with the text "IKI 90 EUR CASH BACK" and a phone number. The card then fades out, and the screen transitions to a red square with the word 'Citadele' and the tagline 'Sužinok daugiau citadele.lt'. The pacing is moderate, with smooth transitions.
