The initial logo and the surreal imagery of people interacting with everyday objects in unusual ways.

The ad opens with the Citadele logo on a red background. It then transitions to a series of playful and surreal scenes. A man is seen peeking around a pink sink, a woman is holding a showerhead to her ear in a bathtub, and then both are in a bathroom with text overlay. The scene shifts to an airport departure board where a man is looking at destinations, followed by a wider shot of the airport with people and luggage. The final scenes show a woman hugging a large red sculpture, a couple interacting with a red archway, a man holding a painting of a pool scene, and a close-up of a man's face being touched. The ad concludes with a scene in a diner-like setting with text overlay, and finally, the Citadele logo with a tagline.
