The woman directly addresses the viewer with a question about international business purchases.

A woman with blonde hair, wearing a light blue striped shirt, sits on a couch in front of a dark blue wall. She is holding a credit card and speaking directly to the camera. On a side table to her left are several small boxes and a lamp. A large blue handbag is on the couch to her right. The video transitions to a blue screen with the BTG Pactual Empresas logo.
