A woman's face framed by a large red circle on a purple background.

The ad opens with a woman in a yellow sweater looking confused, framed by a large red circle on a purple background. The scene then shifts to her in an office setting, talking to a computer screen. She then looks directly at the camera with a worried expression. The scene changes again to her sitting across from a man in a suit who appears to be an alien with green skin and a mask. She looks surprised and asks if she's on another planet. The ad then shows the woman talking to a human bank advisor, who smiles and points to the screen. The final scene is the bank's logo.
