A man in an office asks if someone stole his yogurt.

The ad opens in a modern office setting with cubicles. A man and a woman are talking. The man then checks his phone, showing a banking app. The woman looks surprised and then happy. The ad transitions to a man wearing a Banamex cap, speaking directly to the camera, followed by the Banamex logo and slogan.
