A hand flipping a light switch, symbolizing a change or switch.

The ad opens with a wide shot of a Banamex building, then cuts to a hand flipping a light switch. It then shows people interacting at a desk, signing documents, and looking at a smartphone. The pacing is quick, with rapid cuts between scenes. The final shots show a person in a bedroom looking at their phone and then the Banamex logo.
