The initial scene of a group therapy session with people sharing unusual 'adult' habits.

The ad opens with a group therapy session where individuals share their 'adult' habits. Scenes transition to show each person enacting their habit: one watering plants, another preparing lunch for work, a child thanking someone, a woman taking medication before a party, a man going to the supermarket, and another organizing towels. The ad culminates with the group embracing and a laptop displaying a pension calculation, emphasizing that small decisions lead to bigger futures.
