The initial text "OUT OF OFFICE" followed by "OUT OF TUNE OFFICE" creates intrigue.

The ad opens in a modern office with people working at desks. Text overlays appear, reading "OUT OF OFFICE" and then "OUT OF TUNE OFFICE." A woman with a short haircut looks frustrated as she types on a keyboard. A man plays a trumpet, and a woman plays a bass drum, both in a formal office setting, disrupting the employees. The woman with the short haircut looks increasingly annoyed. The scene shifts to a video call where the connection is glitching. The woman then looks out of a doorway and sees the musicians playing. The ad then shows a Zyxel access point on the ceiling, followed by text "TUNE UP YOUR NETWORK WITH NEBULA." Finally, a man is shown relaxing on a beach with a laptop, with text "FROM ANYWHERE." The ad ends with the Zyxel logo and tagline.
