A glitching video conference call on a laptop screen.

The ad opens with a woman sitting on a couch in a modern office lobby, looking at her laptop. The video cuts to her laptop screen showing a glitching video conference call. The woman looks frustrated. She then peeks around a corner and discovers a jazz band playing in a server room. The band members are dressed in formal attire with red bow ties. The ad ends with a shot of the woman looking directly at the camera, followed by the Zyxel logo and tagline.
