The split-screen format with two men talking directly to the camera.

The ad is split into two vertical panels. The left panel shows Hans, a man with a beard, wearing a maroon polo shirt, standing at a standing desk. The right panel shows Tony, a man wearing a grey button-down shirt, also at a standing desk. The video cuts to close-ups of Hans speaking, then shows a computer screen displaying a ZipRecruiter job posting for a Project Manager. It then shows a list of candidates on ZipRecruiter. The ad then transitions to show a man in a blue shirt carrying blueprints, followed by him working on them, and then collaborating with a woman. Another man is shown operating a pallet jack. Finally, it shows an older man and a woman looking at the camera. The ad ends with a screen showing the ZipRecruiter logo and website.
