Two men walking on treadmills at standing desks.

The ad opens with two men, Hans and Tony, walking on treadmills at standing desks. The screen splits to show a man holding blueprints, then a computer screen displaying a ZipRecruiter job posting for a Project Manager. The ad then shows a man working on blueprints, a woman working at a computer with architectural designs, a man operating a pallet jack, and a woman using a large printer. The final scenes show text overlays about employer success rates and the ZipRecruiter website.
