The initial close-up of hand-wrapping with dramatic lighting.

The video opens with a close-up of a person wrapping their hands with boxing tape, illuminated by a bright light. It then transitions to a close-up of a man's face, looking determined as he chews on something green. The scene shifts to two men in martial arts gis grappling on a blue mat in a dimly lit space. This is intercut with shots of a boxer in a ring, wearing black shorts and red and black gloves, and another boxer wearing green gloves. The action is fast-paced, showing intense training and sparring. The video culminates with a shot of the text 'BEYOND YOUR LIMITS' and the XXL Nutrition logo.
