The initial shot of the vet interacting with the cat and the man.

The ad opens in a bright, modern veterinary clinic waiting room. A female vet, wearing scrubs and a stethoscope, kneels down to comfort a ginger cat held by an older man sitting on a black leather couch. The man is smiling. Behind them, a large logo for 'VEG ER for Pets' is visible on the wall, along with several animal kennels. The camera zooms in on the vet's face as she smiles reassuringly at the camera. The scene then returns to the man and the cat, with the vet gently petting the cat. The ad ends with a close-up of the cat and the man's hands.
