The close-up of the smiling veterinarian's face.

The ad opens in a veterinary clinic waiting room. A man in a blue jacket is kneeling beside his golden retriever, which is lying on the floor. A veterinarian in scrubs is also kneeling and gently petting the dog. The camera then zooms in on the veterinarian's face as she smiles warmly at the camera. The scene then returns to the waiting room with the man and veterinarian interacting with the dog. The clinic's logo is visible on the wall.
