A man identified as a UNICEF Spokesperson introduces himself and states he has just returned from Gaza.

The video opens with a man, James Elder, identified as a UNICEF Spokesperson, sitting in front of a UNICEF banner. He speaks directly to the camera. The scene then shifts to show the devastation of war-torn buildings with people walking through the rubble. Next, a woman and child are shown in a tent, with the woman holding food. This is followed by a shot of women and children in what appears to be a distribution center, with one woman handling supplies. The video then shows a close-up of a baby in an incubator in a medical setting, with a nurse attending to it. Another scene shows a woman speaking, with a thermometer-like chart behind her. The video then transitions to a group of children gathered under a tent, with some receiving water from a blue container. Finally, the man from the beginning reappears, making a direct appeal. The video ends with a graphic screen.
