The text "EVER LENT YOUR GEAR TO A FRIEND... AND IT CAME BACK A LITTLE DIFFERENT?" appears over a shot of a woman DJing.

The ad opens with a woman DJing in a dimly lit room, with neon lights and a couch in the background. Text overlays appear, asking about lending gear to a friend and if it came back different. Close-ups show hands adjusting knobs and a woman examining a small object. The scene shifts to a workbench where a man is repairing various musical instruments: a DJ controller, an acoustic guitar, a tuba, and a saxophone. The man is shown working with careful hands and sharp eyes, applying glue and using clamps. The ad emphasizes that broken instruments can be fixed and restored. It transitions to showing the man working on a guitar neck and then holding a trumpet. The final scenes show the man smiling at the camera, with text about Thomann's services and a 30-day return policy. The ad ends with the Thomann logo.
