A cracked smartphone illuminated by a spotlight.
The video opens with a montage of old electronic devices like a cracked smartphone, a flip phone, and a portable CD player, all lit by a single spotlight. This transitions to a pile of e-waste, with text overlayed. Then, close-ups show hands soldering circuit boards and working with electronic components. An oscilloscope displays waveforms, and a multimeter shows a voltage reading. The video culminates with a large synthesizer built from reclaimed e-waste, with two people interacting with it. The final scenes show the synthesizer in a warehouse setting, with a garbage truck dumping e-waste, and the synthesizer being played. The pacing is deliberate, starting with a sense of decay and ending with creation and innovation.
